Today, I am thrilled to share exciting updates on two remarkable projects within ARC Communications, LLC’s production portfolio that fill me with immense pride: Interview With A King – An animated short film, and the Little Flower TV, our Little Flower brand, which will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in October 2023.
“Interview With A King”, which recently concluded production in June 2023, is an extraordinary 3D animated short film that skillfully captures the spirit and wisdom of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This groundbreaking production takes audiences on a captivating journey through a unique interview experience set in the year 2023. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, ARC’s talented team utilized AI Character Creator, Motion Capture animation techniques, and the exceptional skills of professional voice-over performers to bring to life a visually stunning representation of Dr. King from 1968, infused with contemporary flair.
The renowned King historian, Major General Barrye L. Price, Ph.D., U.S. Army Retired, wrote the screenplay in 2018, and it is a testament to his extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of Dr. King’s legacy. General Price has delivered more than 300 speeches on Dr. King’s life and impact, and his knowledge and ability to write in Dr. King’s voice infuse the film with historical accuracy and authenticity. Co-directed by General Price and myself, the film stands as a powerful and meaningful cinematic experience, born out of our shared vision and creative expertise.

I am also thrilled to share the incredible achievements of the Little Flower brand, which has garnered immense popularity among middle schoolers. This beloved brand captivates young hearts through its enthralling book and curriculum, art-based animation, engaging hands-on projects, and the enchanting Little Flower doll. Little Flower holds a cherished position in our hearts as it embodies resilience, hope, and the empowering path of embracing one’s unique identity. It has evolved into a treasured symbol that deeply resonates with our young audience, leaving a lasting impact on their lives.
Through captivating storytelling, art-inspired curricula, an enchanting collectible doll, and engaging animated content, we aim to inspire children to become compassionate, inclusive, and active learners. Little Flower embodies the essence of my own life, growing up in the South during the Civil Rights Movement, and seeks to impart essential values such as anti-bullying, inclusion, and equality.
